- Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
- Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery
- Prints: thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery
- Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.
- Custom artwork and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns
- If you wish to make a return simply send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with the return
- Once we receive the artwork back in perfect condition (no damage) we will issue you a full refund.

Free Returns details:
- Embrace Creatives will pay for the cost to return your purchase to our EC artist up to a maximum of $100 USD. You will be responsible for return shipping costs over $100 USD.
- All return requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval.
- After the artwork is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
- Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. (These will be handled with the courier as an insurance claim).
- Make sure you treat the artwork with care! In order for us to accept your return, the artwork must be shipped back in the same packaging and the condition it arrived in.
- Items must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier and the tracking information must be provided to Embrace Creatives.
- Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
