- Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:

- Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Prints: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.
- Custom artwork and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- If you wish to make a return request, simply send a message to team@embracecreatives.com and we will review.
- Once the artwork is received in perfect condition (no damage or wear & tear) we will issue you a full refund for the artwork.
- Oh, and we pay for return shipping. Restrictions apply.
Free Returns details:
- Returns can be initiated within 7 calendar days from delivery date by emailing team@embracecreatives.com.
- To be considered for a return, the goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being resold. (Damage, wear and tear will be determined by Embrace Creatives, LLC.)
- Custom or commissioned artworks or installations are noncancelable at any time after first payment.
- No refunds on custom or commissioned artworks.
- No refunds on sale items.
- Embrace Creatives will **pay for the cost to return your purchase up to a maximum of $100 USD. You will be responsible for return shipping costs over $100 USD.
- ** Only official EC Collectors are eligible for this $100 maximum return reimbursement.
- All return requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval or rejection.
- If approved for return, the artwork must be returned securely in its original condition and original container with original packing material.
- Artwork must be insured for it’s full retail value.
- After the artwork is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. No refunds on shipping/insurance fees.
- Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. (These will be handled with the courier as an insurance claim).
- Make sure you treat the artwork with care! In order for us to accept your return, the artwork must be shipped back in the same packaging and the condition it arrived in.
- Items must be returned must be trackable and insured using an authorized shipping carrier. Tracking information must be provided to Embrace Creatives.
- Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been re-stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after delivery.
- Measure your space carefully as Free Returns are not offered for mismeasurements.
