Doubt, fear and uncertainty all contribute to mental hurdles and allowing mental hurdles to consume you for too long can lead to more serious health issues. As an Embrace Creatives’ Champion, I am continuing my Video Blog Series with Episode 7 that will help you answer the question “How do you deal with hurdles?”
Every morning before I get out of bed, I say three things that I am thankful for. Saying and acknowledging what I am thankful for helps me start my day on a positive note and set the tone for my day. Taking a deep breath and pausing also helps me to clear my mind and focus on the project I am working on.
