GOODMAN ACKER – CURATING A PREMIER ART COLLECTION FOR A MODERN LAW OFFICE
After three decades of growth, Goodman Acker law firm was ready for a fresh start. Their longtime Oak Park, Michigan office, decorated with Detroit-centric photography, no longer reflected their evolving vision. Moving into a modern, 11,200-square-foot Southfield, Michigan location, they wanted a space that projected professional success, collaboration, and innovation.
Unfortunately, their new beginning got off to a rocky start when the commercial furniture company they hired delivered uninspiring and just plain, “blah” pieces. Recognizing the disconnect, Goodman Acker brought in Jen Childs, principal of award-winning VERSA Interior Design. She understood that turning Goodman Acker’s new digs into a high-end experience needed more than just fixtures, and wallpaper; it needed soul and Jen knew just who to call. She reached out to Andrea Bogart, founder of trusted art consultancy firm, Embrace Creatives with a clear mission: enhance her elegant design scope with a high quality collection of brilliant fine art that would reflect the firm’s evolution and success.
Andrea worked with VERSA Interior Design to select bold, thought-provoking pieces from her extensive network of local and national artists. A geometric bronze painting dazzles in the lobby projecting confidence. Detroit-inspired oils in the three conference rooms celebrate the city’s manufacturing identity and suggest stability. Vibrant watercolors energize a walkway, while a serene triptych brings calm to a busy office area. Embrace Creatives managed every detail expertly, from sourcing artworks, printing and framing to installation — delivering a white glove experience tailored to the client’s vision.
The result is a cohesive, high-end office environment that aligns with the firm’s brand and budget, inspiring their employees and clients alike. BAKER COLLEGE – INNOVATIVE ART FOR A NEW CAMPUS
It’s exciting when a client sets aside a portion of their architectural budget specifically for a fine art collection, and Baker College did just that. Located in Royal Oak, Michigan, the college wanted to inspire students by connecting them to the surrounding community, offering fresh ideas, and creating a human-centered campus environment. The solution: a thoughtfully curated and innovative collection of original fine art, sculpture, multi-media works, and textiles.
Andrea Bogart, founder and lead art consultant of Embrace Creatives collaborated closely with the project designer to integrate over 30 artworks into the college’s seven-story, 86,000-square-foot building. The challenge was to create a collection that complemented bold interior choices, vibrant color palettes, geometric wallcoverings, and dynamic textiles, while creating meaningful experiences for students. Some pieces blend seamlessly, while others make confident visual statements.
This premier art collection features paintings, sculpture, fiber art, limited edition photography, and digital works sourced from local Metro Detroit artists and select partners from Texas, Indiana, and California. Each piece was thoughtfully chosen to create a lively, textural environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and inspiration throughout the campus.

ROSE SENIOR LIVING - THOUGHTFUL ART FOR A VIBRANT COMMUNITY
On 15.6 acres in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Edward Rose & Sons developed a new independent and assisted living facility for over 200 seniors. While their Senior Architectural Designer usually sources fine art reproductions, the scale of this project required an art expert with a large catalog or works to choose from. To allow the design team to focus on other priorities, they turned to Embrace Creatives to provide original fine art and custom pieces that would bring warmth, joy, and thoughtful engagement to the community spaces.
Andrea Bogart curated a premier art collection of over 126 artworks, spanning paintings, sculpture, and multi-media pieces from emerging and mid-career American and international artists. She worked within corporate branding guidelines and the Farmington Hills design style, while also addressing the specific needs of the senior residents.
The collection balances contemporary aesthetics with warmth, creating spaces that evoke joy and calm. SIEMENS - ART MEETS INNOVATION: DETROIT-INSPIRED CREATIVITY
Fine art and technology might not seem like a natural pairing, but at Siemens’ innovation center in Detroit, Michigan the two converge beautifully to bring warmth and emotion into a buzzing engineering ecosystem. Housed inside the LIFT building, the center reflects the city’s industrious spirit, while also providing a space for creativity, inspiration, and collaboration.
TSquared Designs (now C2AE) tasked Embrace Creatives with selecting modern artwork that celebrates Detroit — but not the typical antiquated building photography or archival prints. The tech hub wanted to bring the essence of the Motor City to life in a joyful, innovative, and engaging way while also supporting the local art community.
Guests entering the slim bistro area are greeted by an aerial photograph of a race car driving down a parking garage. At first glance, it seems innocuous, but the composition cleverly resembles a human eye — a subtle nod to perspective and inventiveness. In the quiet teal room nearby, an ethereal photograph of the Renaissance Center, commonly known as the RenCen and other iconic Detroit buildings rise from the clouds, suggesting the iconic regrowth of Detroit.
For the main conference room, Andrea curated a digitally enhanced image combining the Detroit River skyline with the Diego Rivera mural at the Detroit Institute of Arts. This juxtaposition of two city icons celebrates Detroit’s history while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. To add texture and human connection, an original painting of the Detroit River skyline incorporates handwritten “wishes for Detroit” from locals, bringing both bold color and community spirit into the space.
The result is an artful, city-inspired environment that complements Siemens’ cutting-edge innovation while honoring Detroit’s identity. Through careful curation, collaboration with local artists, and attention to every detail, Embrace Creatives delivered a turnkey art collection that transformed the innovation hub into a space that inspires creativity, engagement, and connection.

GLAM JAIL MED SPA - MAXIMALISM IN MOTION: ART THAT ENERGIZES
Glam Jail’s med spa is anything but ordinary. With a bold, maximalist aesthetic, this vibrant beauty and health facility thrives on energy, color, and creativity — a perfect canvas for ANDREA BOGART and Embrace Creatives who celebrates joy and adventure with each curated art collection. From hot pink lip-shaped couches and gold-accented furniture to dramatic floral, animal, and bird wall coverings, every room is designed to surprise and delight. When Embrace Creatives was invited to become Glam Jail’s art consultant, we were thrilled to bring our adventurous creativity and full-service expertise to this one-of-a-kind project.
Over a two-year collaboration with the owner, Andrea curated a collection of original, colorful, and high-impact artworks that matched the spa’s immersive environment. Partnering with a Texas-based artist, Embrace Creatives installed glowing geometric artworks printed on shaped aluminum to add high shine and visual excitement. To further enhance the experience, Andrea brought in local installation artists to fabricate modern, multimedia ceiling designs, including a lush garden featuring over 30,000 silk flowers and hand-blown glass lights designed in the Czech Republic in the conference room. Each ceiling sculpture captures the room’s unique theme, turning the med spa into a fully immersive, gallery-like environment where art and design work together to energize and rejuvenate. In addition, the art installations above the beds calm nervous patients waiting for their procedure.
The result is a thoughtfully tailored art collection that showcases the owner’s bold personality and maximalist vision while providing clients with an unforgettable experience. Providing white-glove service, immersive installations, and playful design, Embrace Creatives helped Glam Jail transform from a vibrant concept into a fully realized, joy-filled destination. FRANSKOVIAK TAX SOLUTIONS - FROM SKEPTIC TO BELIEVER: HOW ART ELEVATES A WORKPLACE
This Troy, Michigan workplace presented a unique challenge. A husband-and-wife team wanted to create a welcoming, uplifting environment for their staff and clients, but the husband was skeptical about the value of investing in original art. To ensure he made the right decision, he sent Andrea a detailed 13-question email, asking about timelines, final say on artwork placement, storage of existing pieces, possible supply chain issues during COVID, and proper care of the installed art. Far from being daunted, Andrea was thrilled — this gave her the opportunity to address every concern and build confidence in their decision to move forward.
Embrace Creatives thoughtfully curated an elegant fine art collection that brought calm, professionalism, and trust to their workplace, designed specifically for tax advisory clients who often arrive nervous or uncertain. Working closely with both the clients and their employees, Andrea installed a seven-piece collection created by Michigan, Hawaii, and Texas artists across multiple rooms, including pieces in employee offices that would later become retirement gifts, a thoughtful way to honor staff and integrate art into their everyday work experience.
Once the artwork was professionally installed, the husband reached out to express a change of heart. After observing his clients’ positive reactions to their new art collection, he recognized how high quality fine art contributes to a professional, principled, and welcoming atmosphere, helping his clients feel at ease, increasing employee productivity while enhancing the firm’s credibility and reputation.
