HELLO… APRIL ARTWORK

Introducing Metro Detroit-based artist Adnan Charara, newest artist partner. Charara is a Lebanese-American painter with an unquenchable thirst to create frenetic and fun works. Using cartoonish-style figures, Adnan adds a whimsical treatment to serious subjects. His lively paintings come in various sizes and can be reproduced on paper. Adnan was featured on the PBS series Arab-American Stories in 2012 and nominated for a Smithsonian Fellowship. The Detroit Institute of Arts owns his original prints and he exhibits across America and internationally, in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
