Adnan is a Lebanese-American artist who works in multiple mediums with several ideas at a time, treating his studio practice like a detail-oriented factory producing whimsical and humorous treatment of serious subjects.
Adnan was featured on the PBS series Arab-American Stories in 2012 and nominated for a Smithsonian Fellowship.

Lives and creates in Metro Detroit
Through Alexandra’s work she examines the behavior of color, light, and form when organic and inorganic subject matter is synthesized into complex networks of visual information. Her practice incorporates the use of modern technology, combining the historic act of painting with innovative tools such as computers and digital lenses to abstract and re-imagine our world.

With a distinguished career that includes international exhibitions and private collections spanning the globe, Kinna’s work is a profound exploration of connection—to self, family, and the ocean—woven through both her childhood and adult experiences. Kinna’s canvases are born from the convergence of landscapes, memories, emotions, and physical space, manifested through meticulous mark-making, attentive oversight of the drying process, and intentional, serendipitous accidents.
