Are the objects slowly falling or slowly rising? The intention of this painting is life is spinning out of control and slowly aligning, because to let go shows more strength than holding on.

STATEMENT
Michigan has an amazing color palette, and the change in seasons inspire me. This inspiration is reflected in pieces that are textured or colorful. I also like to play with movement of light and shadows. My favorite subjects to paint are trees and landscape. My favorite tool to paint with is a palette knife.
