Second of 3 paintings in the Fantasy Garden series inspired by my love of mystical/mythical stories and illustrations of the magical world of elves, fairies, sylphs, gnomes, and other magical creatures who inhibit this mystical world. Few humans have ever been invited into this world where the view hiding it from human sight is lifted, fewer still have been allowed to leave. Luckily I am one of the few who have visited this magical world and been allowed to recreated its images.
About Artist
STATEMENT
My work is inspired by my thoughts, feelings, musings and meditations about reality and whether there is such a thing. Who am I and how do I fit into the infinite cosmos? Buddhist teaching says everything is part of everything else just one infinite, timeless oneness and what we call reality is just a dream, a phantom, a drop of dew, a bolt of lightning. I like that thought.
