"Breath Work" is an abstract painting that invites the viewer to experience the calming rhythm of the breath through its careful interplay of stillness and color. The varying lengths and pressures of the strokes mirror the natural ebb and flow of breathing—the way our breath deepens and softens, expands and contracts. The fluidity of the brushwork reflects the gentle act of inhaling and exhaling, with each stroke subtly evoking the sensation of holding the breath or releasing it. The colors gently move across the canvas, allowing space for the viewer to find moments of quiet reflection, creating a visual space for relaxation and mindfulness. The composition encourages a meditative state, offering a visual representation of the inner calm found in conscious breath work.
