You must be logged in to view your Store dashboard and orders. Navigate to Orders in the drop down menu and click. From there, the list of your orders will be viewable along with their status. You may filter by date or status.
When you move an order from processed to shipped, you must update the order by selecting it and using the BULK ACTION drop down. Then click APPLY to update.
When you ship out your order you must enter the tracking URL and tracking number using either the “truck” icon or from inside the order view page (click the “eye” icon). See the video, above for more details.
Embrace Creatives must have shipping and tracking confirmation in order to work with your buyer on delivery updates.
To download order data, click the “download” icon for the single order or for all orders, use the Download CSV button at the top right of the page.
