How to Handle Technical Issues

If you’re having problems uploading images, please try the following troubleshooting techniques:

  1. Clear the cache on your web browser.
  2. Switch browsers. Example: If you’re using Chrome, close it and open Firefox.
  3. Temporarily disable your Firewall or Anti-Virus program while uploading images.
  4. Watch for any error messages. These will display the uploading error which may help you correct the problem.
  5. Your image may be too small. Check the pixel requirements per image area.
  6. Make sure that your images does NOT exceed 4 MB.
  7. Check that your image file type is correct. EC accepts JPEG, JPG and PNG, only.

TIP: If you’re using Safari as your browser, switch to either Chrome or Firefox before you work on your account or add/edit artwork. Sometimes Safari does not allow vendors to save edits.
