WHAT IF I HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES?

If you’re having problems uploading images or files, please try the following troubleshooting techniques:

  1. Clear the cache on your web browser.
  2. Switch browsers. Example: If you’re using Chrome, close and open either Safari or Firefox.
  3. Temporarily disable your Firewall or Anti-Virus program while uploading images.
  4. Watch for any error messages. These will display the uploading error which may help you correct the problem.
  5. Make sure that your images does NOT exceed 8 MB.
  6. Check that your image file type is correct. EC accepts JPEG, JPG and PNG, only.
  7. Your image may be too small. Make sure that it’s approximately 1500 pixels on one side.
