Artists and Makers Apply to Mingle With and Sell Work To Interior Designers

Due to Michigan’s strict stay-at-home directive the in-person portion of this event will be held in the Summer.

We will be producing an introduction video of all accepted artists to send to ASID members, pre event.

Although the application deadline has passed you can get on the wait list by filling in the form, below!

Metro Detroit and Midwest regional Artists, Makers and Designers, here’s your chance to;

  1. meet and talk to interior designers and other commercial buyers,
  2. market yourself to professionals, and
  3. create unique opportunities to build buyer relationships!

Embrace Creatives teamed up with the American Society of Interior Designers, Michigan Chapter to get you in front of ASID members!

This casual event is a unique opportunity to hang out with and show your physical work to commercial buyers who are searching for professional talent and new products.

Selected artists and makers will be added into a special introduction video AND be on site with a selection of their physical work, talking to the ASID MI members, sharing materials information, creation insights, production times, retail prices and other business information that the designers need to know to work with you.

I’m VERY excited to offer this relationship-building opportunity to my art community. Only Embrace Creatives gives you the venue to showcase your art and design to commercial buyers hungry for new creative talent and speak to them in depth about potential business deals all while in a supportive community that wants to help you succeed!

Andrea Bogart, Founder/CEO of Embrace Creatives

ASID of Michigan’s members are itching to meet local artists and makers so their entire member list, including showrooms will be invited.

We’re anticipating that each artist will be able to showcase approximately 5-10 pieces, depending upon the size of your work and the type (2 or 3D) but we’ll have more information as we get closer. You may also bring physical collateral like brochures and digital representation on an iPad or small lap top.
